The World of True Spiritual Acceptance pt.7

meditation

Written by Mathew Naismith

Acceptance & Meditation: Meditation has everything to do with thinking as little as possible & the less one can think the further & faster one is able to go into a meditative state but that’s not the only thing that defines how deep one can go.  Acceptance assists greatly in thinking less as the less one is in conflict the more likely one is able to ease down to be able to meditate in the first place, acceptance gives one peace of mind, the mind doesn’t stop thinking but it does ease it down for a better chance of a meditative state.

So many people have asked why they can’t stop thinking to meditate & the obvious answer is they are non-accepting & conflictive of something in their lives, if they looked at what they can’t stop thinking about it would likely be a conflict of some kind however a conflict doesn’t mean that you’re agitated or even upset about something, it could be something as little as remembering to do something. Thinking about not remembering to do something doesn’t seem like a conflict but it is because you’re not accepting you just might remember to do that thing, your non-accepting because you think you will forget, in other words you’re in conflict with yourself over the chance of forgetting.

spirit harmonyChanging Thinking Modes: Relating conflicts with remembering sounds pretty lame but it’s not as it just shows how conflictive we have become in our life without knowing it, how are we going to go into a proper state of meditation if we are continually in conflict? The way we can overcome this is before we go into a state of meditation is tell yourself I have no conflict with anything as I accept all for what it is at this point in time, if you truly believe this you should feel very calm & relaxed & in some cases you just might feel euphoric in some way to the extent of feeling a strong sense of love &/or peace around you.  The reason I say at this point in time is so you feel at ease of being just accepting at this point in time before meditating, if for one moment you thought you would have to accept your conflicts for the rest of your life you will consciously &/or subconsciously automatically go into a conflictive mode again which of course we want to avoid.

This sounds like brain washing to some extent & you would be right because what we are doing is reprograming your mind to think differently, instead of thinking in a conflictive mode all the time we will now trick the mind to think in a more relaxed calming way. We have been brought up to think in a certain way which dictates how we are going to think & be for the rest of our lives, thinking in an accepting mode instead of non-accepting mode is just another  way of thinking we know little about. Practicing in meditation carries on with this brain washing because it also teaches the mind how to think in different modes even though you are not thinking while you are meditating. When you come out of the meditation you usually feel different & your mind picks up on this new mode of thinking.

spirit acceptancePulling Away From Non-acceptance:  It’s not so easy to pull oneself away from taught practices from birth & as we grow they become habitual & even harder to rid ourselves of because we usually can’t recognise that we have non-accepting conflictive habits to deal with.   The easiest way to do this is just become accepting, I know this goes against the usual taught mode of non-acceptance thinking but if you could just think “why not as I have nothing to lose by thinking in another way which could help me immensely especially with my meditation” it will change your life forever because now you have started to think differently & will now see the world in a different light.

I myself have trouble with accepting but it’s not with this non-accepting reality but with accepting a different mode of thinking which will take me away from this non-accepting reality & put me into an accepting reality, the conflict is that I just love this reality for what it is, now that’s accepting!! In other words I love the way I think now in this reality & I don’t wish to think differently & believe it or not most of us on this planet are the same. If you think about it for a moment, if I was one of the one’s wanting &/or trying to escape this non-accepting reality wouldn’t that be even more non-accepting & conflictive? The answer to that would have to be a yes so that means everyone who wants to move on to a different way of thinking is being conflictive? No because it depends on how, why & more importantly your personal feelings on the matter, am I trying to escape or am I just wanting to experience a different way of thinking &/or I just want to improve on our living conditions.

In just wanting to improve on our living conditions can be conflictive because of two things, one you shouldn’t be thinking it’s an improvement because you’re supposed to be accepting of this reality for what it is just another way of thinking & two are you trying to improve on your own living conditions to escape a more non-accepting condition/way of thinking/ reality?

You have the people who can’t wait to escape this reality & way of thinking & who are obviously non-accepting & in conflict of this reality or on the other end of the scale people who are all accepting of this reality & never want to change it but are still non-accepting because they don’t want to change to another way of thinking/reality or you have the people in between who make up the majority of people on Earth who will accept change when it happens.  These people, who I am a part of, have conflicts but not to the grand scale of the other two, there conflicts just coincide with everyday life of living & thinking in a certain way to whatever that might be within that particular reality which at the moment is in a non-accepting way.

When we first discover a different way of thinking we tend to think that is the way to think not the way we are now but every reality is dictated by a certain way of thinking & one isn’t wrong or right or even better than the other they are just different. In thinking in this way we have no conflicts & begin to feel at peace& in harmony with the rest of our environment, its utter blissful thinking indeed.

spirit eveolve
Written by Mathew Naismith

Evolving Through Acceptance: Recently it was pointed out by someone reading my blog that we can’t accept our circumstances in life & evolve at the same time, meaning we are not going to improve if we just accept our lot in life & do nothing to improve it. However the concept of acceptance is about accepting our present condition in life before we improve it instead of trying to change it through non-acceptance which is conflictive, it’s not about sitting on our hands & accepting what comes but accepting it first then changing it in a more peaceful manner instead of in a more conflictive manner.

Most of our advancements have come from conflicts as most of our advancements for starters have arisen from the necessity to out do our opponents through better technology.  What I am saying is how about accepting our circumstances for once without being in conflict with them & then change them in a more peaceful state, at least this way were not taking any leftover portion of these conflicts into the change & messing them up as well.

spirit harmony

Harmoniously Changing One’s Environment: Being in conflict with any part of our environment before or during the process of changing what we don’t like is ephemeral because we are still non-accepting & in conflict with a part of ourselves as our entire environment is very much a part of us if we like it or not & there is nothing you or I can do about it. If we are still in conflict with a part of ourselves we will take this with us through any changes we make which only transform the change into another conflict because the change has only come about because of conflict & not through peaceful means, only through this peaceful process can we obtain true change. We are really chasing our tails around & around when were constantly trying to change our environment through non-acceptance all the time as it doesn’t matter what change we make it’s still conflictive.

You would think humans are naturally conflictive with their environment & at times with themselves but that couldn’t be further from the truth as there was & are times when we were more at peace & accepting of our environment.  As hunter & gatherers we had to rely on our environment for everything & the less we relied on the environment for food & shelter the more conflictive & unaccepting we became over time. Another time when were not in conflict with our environment & ourselves is when were spiritually aware & the more aware we become the less conflictive we are for the main reason we have become more aware through our understanding & acceptance of our environment & realise it’s connection & importance to our wellbeing.

To evolve we must accept changes as well as this is a part of the concept of acceptance, we need to accept these changes that we are going to make or are impelled upon us by other forces as only through these changes can we evolve, to not accept these changes is being conflictive & non-accepting which will cause us further problems, we need to relearn what we once had to accept these changes in a more harmonious & peaceful way but at the same time realise any change that is forcefully applied will only result in more conflict. Any changes that are conflictive with our environment will result in more conflict. The saying,” do to others what you would have them do to you” really goes for our entire environment not just each other as our entire environment is who we are & is very much a part of us all.

science spirit

Similarities:  If one was to read all my posts you will begin to see the similarities of both science & spirituality in many ways not just from where science originated from but in all its action & reactions to the rest of humanity. Where the rest of humanity is at certainly dictates how science & spirituality are going to behave, if you looked at the churches & their reactions in the dark ages you will find they are very simular than how science is acting today & it’s all in the reaction to power & wealth.

One might think that all scientists have sold out their knowing to the highest bidder without remorse of what they are doing but just like the spiritualists of the dark ages not all scientists have sold themselves out to the highest bidder to do their will no matter what the consequences are.  This is how one vibration can effect another vibration in so many ways, you have a vibration called a scientist & then you have another vibration called a multinational which wishes to utilise the science vibration for its own ends in any way it can, if you entice the science vibration with enough materialistic vibrations they will change their vibration to serve the multinational vibration or in some cases the scientist will be ostracised or threatened in some way with yet another vibration.

Science & spirituality are dissimilar within it’s logical structure through how it uses logic but they both use logic, science uses logic within its deductive analysis where’s spirituality uses faith but with modern day science the final logical analysis is illogical because it’s destroying itself & the environment it relies on to survive where’s spirituality in its over all logical deduction always nurtures themselves & the environment, in the final logical analysis one is destructive & the other constructive.

Science & spirituality are dissimilar within its formulated deductive reasoning but at one time or another they are both logical within their reasoning, they are after all not that dissimilar within their effects & this is why spirituality & science belong together, they both enhance & balance each other’s  attributes.

gods
Written by Mathew Naismith

God’s Acceptance:  Let me ask a question here, is the creator or creative consciousness fully accepting or non-accepting of everything? It of course would have to be all accepting so why aren’t we? Recently I had a reply to my concept of acceptance of all which said that one can’t be accepting of other spiritual ideologies because of their own beliefs in their own ideologies so there is always going to be some sort of divide between different ideologies.  What this is saying, because of our own ideologies conflicts between different ideological beliefs are going to continue no matter what.

As previously stated on this subject, one must first distant oneself from past ideologies to allow the concept of acceptance to fully take place before & during our process of becoming aware through various chosen methods. It’s these ideologies that are clouding our true existence by rejecting or refusing to acknowledge all ideologies to one extent or another.  To reject any other form of ideology other than your own is conflictive & non-accepting. Of course by accepting another ideology one doesn’t have to take on that ideology as well it just means one should become accepting of other ideologies & not dogmatically just following our own ideologies as being the only ideology everyone should follow, this isn’t of God is it?

What this is saying if anyone is fixated on one ideology & is non-accepting of other ideologies they are no closer to the creator than if they had no ideology because the creator is of all consciousness therefore is all accepting of itself with no conflicts towards any ideology, it is all of these ideologies otherwise they wouldn’t exist.  What have humans consistently done throughout history?  Conflicted with other ideologies spiritual & otherwise & we have always been in conflict because of why? Different ideological belief systems but does the creator have this problem?

religiousReligious within Our Religion: Religion refers to belief in anything like political preference or a belief that my race is better than yours & so forth, religious convictions to a certain doctrine are no different to any other conviction as it also doesn’t accept other so called apposing convictions/ideologies.  Is this type of conviction towards certain ideologies close to God/the creative source? Strangely not but we persist in having our own ideological belief systems that are conflictive & non-accepting towards so called apposing ideologies, we couldn’t be further from God even if we wanted too with this sort of non-acceptance.

The question here would be if God is all accepting this must mean he’s accepting of our misery & of all things horrid to us? Yes because we have done those things to ourselves, if God/ the source were non-accepting of such things it would also be in conflict which doesn’t exist within the consciousness of the source accept through us.  The creative source does not have religious convictions; we do which make us conflictive towards other convictions different to ours. We could say here if we all had one religious conviction there would be no conflicts & total acceptance!! Is this acceptance of everything we know now? Not at all because only through total acceptance of all can we find true peace & harmony in the world.

SPIRITUAL PLAYGROUND

Awareness Experiences: A while ago I entered into a small workshop where I was working that day, which is nothing new as it’s a part of what I do, but the thing was on this specific day I opened the door of this workshop &went WOW. The reason the workshop had such an effect on me was I become aware of all the tools that man had developed & built with he’s own hands to help him  build & maintain a certain living standard, I was just in awe with my newly found awareness.

Recently I was mowing a lawn & a similar feeling of awe came over me, I was pushing a toy around in our spiritual playground, I really did feel this, it wasn’t some delusional thought or psychotic episode but a real feeling that this reality is our playground & everything else are our toys to play with including each other. Our most prominent & important toy is our own human body & mind.

I don’t need to meditate to experience such experiences as above, all I have to do is have a feeling of acceptance & not necessarily of all because even the thought of accepting all gives one spiritual awareness experiences & this is why accepting is so important for true spiritual awareness growth.  It’s not the act that’s so important but the intentions & the right intention, this is where so many spiritually aware people fail; they’re not truly accepting because they are in conflict with one thing or another like the ego or consumerist materialism, they actually become more judgmental not less because even the act of not accepting of judgment is judgmental & non-accepting therefore conflictive.

spiritual intentions3
True Intentions: The act of our intentions of acceptance is very important because if one hasn’t got the right intentions they will never find true acceptance & harmony in life. I have conversed with a number of spiritually aware people in different ways who had the wrong intentions to gain eventual harmony in life as their own intentions where to assist themselves above all others &/or position themselves above others. To gain trueness in awareness one must be true within themselves & all others & even humble themselves before others.

The thought & act of acceptance should be benevolent, humbling, truly non-judgmental & peaceful for starters. Like I said before the acceptance of all isn’t an easy road to tread & can be quite tricky at times especially when you’re not consciously & subconsciously accepting, it is important that both your conscious & subconscious are in agreement with each other & the way to find out is through your dreams.

This Western new age spirituality is so unaccepting of so many things like science, the ego, judgment, consumerist materialism & so on, it’s so conflictive & very non-accepting in so many ways, where is the right intentions in this sort of ideology/concept?  But in most eastern spiritual ideologies it’s quite different as it’s quite very accepting, there is an obvious difference between western & eastern spirituality, one is delusional & other is true!!

It is so easy to trick yourself in believing that you are truly accepting when you’re not through one’s own desires & it’s through these desires to change one’s own undesirable circumstances that delude us in being truly accepting. Wanting to change one’s own circumstances to something better isn’t the problem here it’s our intentions in the first place & our non-accepting in our circumstances before we make changes within our lives that is the problem.  By accepting one’s own circumstances firstly one can peacefully make a transition in one’s own life without taking any conflicts from this non-accepting life into a new transitioned/changed life style, the trick is to accept one’s own circumstances firstly before making any changes in one’s life, this is one of the biggest pitfalls that a spiritually aware person has to be aware.  Your intentions & your initial awareness are so important in developing in true acceptance to start with, if you have these the rest is easy going.

spiritual intentions2Serious Playground: When one becomes more accepting this reality will seem more & more like a playground & you will smile & shake your head a lot in bewilderment at times because you start to realise how we have taken this playground/reality so seriously & the more serious it becomes the more deadly & destructive it is. It’s the seriousness of this spiritual playground, this reality, that has made it so dangerous to play in, it’s become a health & safety legislative nightmare.
In being aware of our reality being a spiritual playground one becomes less traumatised by events because of the understanding & acceptance of the circumstances we find ourselves in, in a less serious reality/playground life is less traumatic because these events don’t occur often & when they do they are far less destructive & deadly. It’s our seriousness that manifests such destructive & deadly playgrounds.   Accepting for starters that this is our spiritual playground helps immensely in our spiritual awareness as one can’t help but become accepting even in such a serious playground but as long as one has the right intentions & is aware in the first place while being accepting, it’s not that hard to do!!

The World of True Spiritual Acceptance pt. 3-1

The consensus with this part is if we are all accepting in a oneness &/or enlightened state why can’t we practice acceptance in the first place? This part of acceptance delves into the complexities concerning spiritual acceptance a little more, I would advise here to read part 1-2 of The World of True Spiritual Acceptance first.

Accepting this spiritual Reality: When were not accepting is it conflictive towards whatever we are not accepting or is it just plain deliberate ignorance towards whatever we are not accepting? If we are non-accepting of something this must refer that there is some sort of conflict & any conflict defers us from true spiritual awareness as true spiritual awareness is of everything. If everything is of the spiritual, being non-accepting of anything would mean we are in conflict with parts of our spiritual environment & if we are in conflict with any part of our spiritual environment we are not truly spiritually aware.

With certain concepts of this new age spirituality non-accepting seems to be built into the ideology as anything seemingly so called negative like the ego or materialism & even this reality is unacceptable. This seems to be counterproductive towards true spiritual awareness. It is hard for some people to accept this reality for what it is especially when acquiring further spiritual awareness, if you looked at this closer it’s the spiritually aware people who are more at conflict not the more accepting people who are ignorant of their spiritual selves.

If you could imagine within yourself for a minute having no conflicts & being totally accepting of all, how peaceful your life would be without all this non-acceptance, this type of blissful reality is quite attainable through a simple  concept of just accepting. In actual fact if everyone was a little more accepting wars wouldn’t have to be fought & greed would diminish somewhat along with the ego, accepting is such a simple process but so hard for people to perform because of our taught social, cultural & at times religious beliefs. We are indeed being tested with in these structures.

The Test: Being spiritually aware at such a time in human history is the true test towards true spiritual acceptance & awareness of our entire environment & I see so many aware people failing this test in the west. To take oneself away from our ignorant self isn’t something to take lightly as some seem to be doing as we are born ignorant of our inner self for a very good reason so we can experience life in its raw state. If you take yourself away from this ignorant state at such a chaotic time in human history we are obviously going to want only the things from our newly found awareness that make us feel good or benefits us in some other way, to me this doesn’t sound too truly spiritual.

The big test for us is to accept all for what it is & at the same time make adjustments to our living conditions through further awareness not become further non-accepting from our ignorant state, in this case all we are doing is replacing one ignorant state with another & one conflictive state with anther. We need to become truly aware of our entire spiritual environment not only the spiritual environments that makes us feel good, true awareness is the accepting of all.

Desiring Something Better: As we become further aware the feelings we get from such awareness can be quite pleasurable & amazingly overwhelming at times, this is part of the test; can we accept all of the things that make us feel bad as well while we are rediscovering our inner self? This is where it becomes difficult for us; we tend to want more of what make us feel good in a not too good feeling world which of course makes sense but not if we are looking for true spiritual awarenenss. In any state of anarchy or misery it is human to want or desire something better for ourselves which spiritually is quite accepting as all is acceptable but if one wants to be truly aware one must be still accepting of undesirable living conditions as well.

If one wants to be partially spiritually aware or not aware at all & at conflict that also is quite acceptable because everything is of the spiritual no matter what we do & are, it all comes down to how aware you want to be & how much you want to change this world. If we want to really change ourselves & the world for the better & not replace one ignorant conflictive state for another we need to be aware of our desires & that these desires don’t cause more conflict instead of less. Some new age spiritually aware people discard old habits but in a conflictive way like we should only eat certain foods & if you don’t your such & such or if you don’t do this that & the other you’re not or never can be truly spiritual. Nothing could be further from the truth because what they are doing is being conflictive & no truly spiritually aware person is at conflict with anything.

The World of True Spiritual Acceptance pt. 3-2

Conflictive Understanding: The funniest thing is I’m still in conflict myself with certain parts of my life & that’s OK as I’m not trying to replace one conflictive ideology with another, I’m being more accepting of my entire environment before I make any changes which also includes being non-accepting & in conflict. This type of concept seems difficult to manage but it’s not really as all conflicts help with the awareness process but this depends in how conflictive we are as well, if we are conflictive without learning acceptance were not getting anywhere. I can be in conflict & accepting at the same time, in other words I can be accepting & non-accepting because one is of the external environmental self & the other internal environmental self, both selves coexist without conflict, well most of the time anyway. This is sort of like being in conflict without real conflict.

The reason this isn’t real conflict is due to the understanding & acceptance one acquires while becoming aware, if one is non-accepting of conflicts brought on by unaccepting in the first place there is no understanding, it’s the understanding that makes conflicts less conflictive. Understanding is an important fundamental part of acceptance of all, this isn’t saying you must understand every part of a conflict but have at least a general idea of what you are accepting. This is part of the problem, we are brought up in a modern day realty to accept without even having a general understanding of what we are accepting &/or are deceived in what is presented to us to accept like with consumerist materialism, how many of us accept or even know of the damage this type of living is having on ourselves & our environment? Living in a known deceptive time in this reality leads us to accepting deceitfulness as being a part of our lives which is fine to a point as it’s accepting but it’s still conflictive which can lead us away from true spiritual awareness if one isn’t aware enough.

Conflicts within Acceptance: As we become more aware we becomes aware of things like deception which incur further conflicts, we become awakened by our further understanding of our inner & outer environmental selves not just our inner self. So much point is being put on our inner growth while becoming spiritually aware we forget or become conflictive with our outer environmental selves & anything undesirable to us becomes yet another conflict in our lives.

Accepting incurs conflict, this is why I said conflicts can assist us in our spiritual awareness by making us more aware however the more aware we become the more conflictive & non-accepting we can become of our outer environmental selves if we are not aware enough. The trick here is to accept this non-accepting state. This concept of accepting all tames down the conflicts one will come across while becoming more spiritually aware by accepting & understanding of all our conflicts. Conflicts don’t have to mean that we are conflictive within ourselves & our environment to the point of aggressive behaviour &/or thought it can mean, if we are aware enough, that we are becoming further aware.

True Oneness State & Acceptance: While in a true oneness state one will feel accepting of all because of this feeling of being at one with all but what makes this trip a lot easier is this concept of acceptance in the first place, why wait until one becomes fully aware to become accepting?

In our growth of awareness we come across a lot of conflicting taught ideologies that tell us conflicts of any kind are destructive to our ongoing awareness but we are also battling with our own psyche to do with conflicts as well. Conflicts of any kind seem destructive &/or disruptive but that couldn’t be further from the truth as long as we are accepting of all our environmental selves, the problem comes into being when we are not accepting of any one part of our environmental selves.

In a oneness state we are exceptionally accepting of all including the so called bad things because you are literally at one with all, ask yourself why can’t we become more accepting or just as accepting earlier on in spiritual growth? If you think about it how more aware can a divine being get than accepting all in any state that a divine being chooses to be in? Awareness has everything to do with acceptance as only through acceptance can we become further aware & the earlier we become accepting the better it would have to be in our growth towards spiritual awareness.

The World of True Spiritual Acceptance pt. 2

The World of True Spiritual Acceptance pt. 2

Understanding Acceptance of all:  This concept of pure acceptance of all seems impossible to comprehend, how is one supposed to incorporate this concept in everyday life the way it is? In actual fact you’re not, what one needs to do is rid oneself of taught influences that have locked us into certain ways of thinking through meditation, yoga & so forth as mentioned in pt. 1.  In actual fact if we were practicing in these techniques properly acceptance should come naturally but our train of thought & present reality can dictates to us otherwise.

Before I go on, because this next part is quite controversial & complex I would advise one to read acceptance pt. 1 first before carrying on.

This concept is nothing different to any other concept or practice except it focuses on acceptance first & foremost & as one practices in their chosen mind release like meditation one should always focus on acceptance & actually feel that they accept all for what it is. At first you won’t feel like accepting all because of our past taught beliefs which we are all brought up believing but as one goes on the veils of non-acceptance slowly come down around you, this is true freedom.

Non-acceptance is & has always been a part of our social structure in one way or another like with churches & there religions being unaccepting of other beliefs or my culture is right over all others because of its moral & ethical structure. Being brought up with this sort of influential ideology we have become non-accepting & therefore conflictive but if one took on the reverse affect true harmony would prevail over all who take on such concepts as acceptance of all.  If you think about it how truly accepting are you? Any non-acceptance leads to conflict in one way or another so why do we persist?

Chosen Path v Acceptance:  This is where it gets sticky & tricky especially when one isn’t accepting of most things. You get to a point that you’re not just accepting your own path but everyone else’s no matter what they go through. What one needs to be aware of here is it’s also OK to be non-accepting as well. Ask yourself how does one become all accepting of a maniac like Hitler for instance, does it make everything that Hitler did alright? Yes & no, why? Yes because it was he’s chosen path & it was he’s victims chosen path as well however one can spiritually come to totally accept this but humanly no because it’s also alright not to accept this.

To humanly accept all no matter how cruel or grotesque isn’t going to happen unless one takes on the spiritual aspect as well but even then it’s still OK to be non-accepting. This is the trick, most other spiritual concepts teach oneness but this concept of accepting of all including non-accepting is duality not oneness as we have the inner all accepting spiritual self & the outer human self as well which can be balanced by the concept it’s also Ok to be non-accepting as well. What is happening here is the inner self once opened up teaches the human self to be more accepting & at peace with one’s entire environment.

A Paradox of Selves: The paradox here with the human self is the inner self is accepting of all including non-accepting but what this does to the humans self  is cause conflict because non-accepting is conflict, so how does the human self-become spiritually aware in the first place when they are in conflict?  This is another part of this concept that goes against other taught spiritual concepts & ideologies, you also accept conflicts as well just like you would your own chosen path but if one isn’t comfortable with one’s chosen path or conflicts in life accepting them & then changing them from within to your comfortable  is acceptable. One must remember, with this concept everything is acceptable even to the point in being non-accepting over something that makes you feel uncomfortable.

Am I personally/humanly comfortable with people like Hitler? No of course not but I am also not in conflict with this kind of person either as I accept all for what it is a path that obviously needed to be trod by many, this is pure spiritual awareness & understanding, I accept my human self is going to be uncomfortable & non-accepting of this but I’m not going to stay in conflict either because of my inner spiritual awareness of my totality of accepting of all for what it is, pure spiritual. What I mean by this is everything is of the spiritual not just of my inner self or of some other realm or reality but everything & this is why it’s all so acceptable to me.

We have come here to experience the things we are experiencing, to be totally non-accepting of this is only going to lead to more conflict & misery but when one starts to accept this changes start to occur for the better.  The more non-accepting we become the more we are manifesting conflict & misery because non-accepting is conflictive within itself, of course it’s going to manifest more conflicts & misery.

Acceptance isn’t easy & if one practiced in certain practices like yoga & meditation properly acceptance comes with those practices automatically as one goes on but in our hectic chaotic life style this isn’t easy as we have so many influences around us that hinder our spiritual growth. By consciously & subconsciously incorporating pure acceptance of all within these other practices life steadily becomes less & less conflictive & more harmoniously accepting, acceptance of all is the very key to peace & tranquillity in one’s life.

The World of True Spiritual Acceptance

The World of True Spiritual Acceptance

True Acceptance of all

What is the most important significant attributing factor to true spiritual awareness? Is it positive thinking, is it mediating whenever possible, it might be even separation from all other vibrations/people in becoming a recluse. So which one is it or is it all the above? None, it’s acceptance of all for what it is not what we want it to be, all the above just gives us what we want it to be not what it is, on the other hand acceptance of all literally gives us all as all is accepted, it becomes everything we want even the things we thought we didn’t want or desire as it all becomes spiritually accepted!!

Only in acceptance of all can we really attain true spiritual awareness even to the extent of not accepting. First of all let’s go back to positive thinking, does it pertain to accepting of all? No because it’s in opposition of the negatives. What about mediating, what’s it’s in opposition too? Nothing but it doesn’t refer to acceptance either unless one meditates on acceptance.
Acceptance of all is ridding oneself of all prejudices towards all of mankind & the environment we live in including ourselves which also includes accepting not accepting. So what we have here now is accepting to not accept as well, what this is saying you don’t have to accept anything in other words as it just is the way it is.

There is an obvious problem in this concept of accepting & non-accepting as one can do as one pleases obviously as it’s all accepted like I don’t accept being ruled & judged by other so when I rebel against this my action would also have to be accepted!! No not at all as acceptance of all can only be attained through spiritual awareness; any other way would result in what I previously discussed in this paragraph. A true spiritually aware person would accept that they are ruled in the first place so wouldn’t have a need to retaliate & this is where true acceptance gives one peace within oneself.
I thought I would put some helpful links at the end of each topic.

Calming the Ego

It is awfully hard for the ego outer self to attain this kind of acceptance & this is why only truly spiritually aware people are able to do this, calm the ego first & acceptance of all comes much easier so how does one do this? Through various practice like first mentioned, positive thinking, mediating, becoming a recluse or even Taoism, Yoga, religion & so forth, all these will help with calming the ego.  One thing to remember, never try to rid oneself of the ego as this pertains to conflict, all practices should be done while one is accepting & it’s this accepting, not of all however as yet, that gives you the final acceptance of all for if one didn’t practice acceptance while calming the ego one wouldn’t be truly accepting of all in the end you would just be practiced in whatever you were practicing in.

Before I go on the problem with most spiritually aware people is they have been trained to rid oneself of the ego, one must NOT rid oneself of anything especially the ego no matter how over inflated it is. To have a wanting or desire to rid oneself of anything represents conflicts & conflicts of any sort distorts the true understanding & effects of true acceptance.

It is also important that one must never try to go fully into accepting without calming the ego first as well, it must be done while you are calming the ego because as explained earlier it gives you permission then to do as one likes if the ego is still fully present.  This sounds awfully complicated in while calming the ego one must also practice in acceptance as well but it’s not.  The trick is before one calms the ego one must accept acceptance like accepting the ego for what it is at that moment even if it’s highly egotistical. The problem here is so many have been trained to believe in different concepts which hinder such understanding at times, one must at first before taking on a different spiritual belief or concept is drop all others before them, this however can be hard for the main reason the ego won’t let go of other taught concepts & beliefs but it must be done before one proceeds into any other new ideology.

Now that we have accepted accepting all including our own egos what then? Practice this until one is accepting of all it really is that simple & don’t worry about the ego it will just fade away as if it never was.

Life Trauma’s & Acceptance
When one has trauma’s to deal with the trauma’s themselves can make it harder to practice in true acceptance but only if one isn’t accepting of the said trauma, remember the acceptance of all is the key here to attaining true acceptance, traumas could delay progress but as one becomes more accepting the said trauma seems to just fade away, this of course is only relevant with mental traumas as physical traumas have their own dilemma’s especially if they are painful &/or restrictive or do they?

Think about this for a moment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...what drives our traumas & dilemma’s? It’s the ego & yes I did say the ego because the ego just isn’t of being egotistically inflated but also inflated as it is still of the ego. Our persona is driven by the ego either in an inflated way, deflated way or somewhere in between, the persona is you a traumatised person, once one calms down the ego while practicing in acceptance the persona reacts by calming down as well which deflates the effects of all mental & physical traumas, they are still their but they are also calmed down right with the ego.

Traumas & dilemmas can make the said person more aware than someone who hasn’t gone through traumas because it takes a lot more acceptance to accept one’s traumas in the first place so having
traumas of some type or another can be quite beneficial especially when one becomes truly accepting of all, it becomes quite apparent.

Fundamental Principles of Spiritually Accepting

Even while one is becoming accepting of all one will get the feeling & knowing of detachments not just of the things we desire but of the things we have been chasing or fighting with & all these things we thought we needed or fighting with will fade away as we become more understanding in their value, as we grow in acceptance we realise we no longer need that sort of attachment to for fill our lives & eventually realise that we never really did.

The main principle here is to accept all for what it is fundamentally first & then as we grow in acceptance we will see them for what they truly are a fabricated illusion brought on by many things like materialism, radicalism in any ideology, desire, ego & so forth. Most of what has been mentioned are at times forced upon us in many ways which impel us to take on different ideologies to what we would truly spiritually like. By accepting all for what it is even what was previously mentioned at first one can changed the effects & values that they have on our lives, as you progress in acceptance of all our values change & so do the effects of these external influences.

Now one might think we are changing things here so were not actually being accepting of all after all!!  As one progresses into accepting our values just change automatically, you don’t have to try or want a desired change it will happen if by magic just like how we changed in accepting materialistic consumerism for instance, materialism was brought upon us through the necessity for others to grow rich, this was brought upon us gradually & as time went by we more & more took on this materialistic consumerist value, we changed our values if by magic. Change is always inevitable if we change them or someone else does but by taking on the concept of accepting all we are actually taking the initiative in what values we want to take on not what is forced upon us by others.

The obvious question here is if we are accepting, like with materialistic consumerism, how would accepting of all change materialistic consumerism? By accepting of more than just materialism our values are more spread out across the board & the more accepting we become the more open & accepting we become to many values not just to one or two values like materialism & the ego. Our values towards materialism only changes it doesn’t dissipate all together, as I said before if we go out to rid ourselves of such things we are only causing more conflict but by accepting all not just materialism we are just literally only watering down the value we put upon materialism not ridding ourselves of it completely & this is where the concept of accepting of all is passive, it’s non-conflictive.

What is so funny here is I have personally been accepting in not accepting to change my values from taught values to my spiritual values because I was also accepting of this as well, in other words I accepted all including the non-acceptable, not an easy thing to do & keep sane as a spiritually aware person in these times as there are so many taught spiritual concepts telling us to rid ourselves of such so called negative influences like the ego & materialism.

True accepting of who & what we are & of our whole environment is important for true acceptance to take place, if we can’t be accepting even in one thing true whole spiritual acceptance will never be obtained but in saying this of course you might decide to only go half way through the accepting process which is quite acceptable as it’s always left up to the individual how far they really need to go to find what they are looking for, any further than this is only a waist & becomes an egotistical desire which leads you right back to where you came from in the first place so my advice is don’t go any further than one’s needs not wants, just accept who you’re supposed to be & leave it at that!!
