Living in Harmony Within the Natural Flow of Motion

Written by Mathew Naismith

Motion: This universe, this reality, is all about motion, a continuous flow of evolving cycles, our minds are also of this natural motion no matter what it creates either it be harmonious or inharmonious. All motion and motionless consciousness is natural to it’s environment no matter how it’s expressed, however, a controlling ego deceptively judged otherwise creating even more disharmony within the natural flow of a reality, this could however be overcome by simply being aware.

We might say aware of what, what kind of awareness would basically neutralise these reactions?

Look at the universe, this reality, as a pebbled creek bed, each pebble represents a separate consciousness, a separate person or being. Now imagine a rock within this stream, do the pebbles within this stream cause the natural flowing water to churn more than a rock would?  The rock of course is more rigid and will not go along with the flow of water as easily as the pebbles do, the rock of course churns the water up more because it’s more resistant. The only time a rigid rock moves,  is when the water becomes that forceful the rock has to move, the rock, unlike the pebbles, needed more force to get it to go with the natural flow.

Universe (reality) = a creek (water stream)
Separate consciousness (humans) =  pebbles and rocks within this creek bed
Size of pebbles and rocks = a more controlling ego

We are basically these pebbles within a reality, this creak, some pebbles are bigger than others and need more force to move them with the natural flow were others need very little force because they are much smaller. You could look at the bigger the pebbles and rocks are, the more representative this is of a controlling ego. This is all due to the bigger the obstruction is to the natural flow. The bigger the obstruction is to this natural flow, the more churned up the water becomes. Now relate this churned up water to chaos, what actually creates a reality of chaos which represents this churned up water within the stream? A controlling ego, the bigger the obstruction, the more chaos this creates. This is like a creek, the bigger the rock is, the more churned up the water becomes.

Now let’s look at a water stream with no obstructions what so ever, in other words no ego in control, the flow of water runs without any hindrance what so ever, basically the water runs in total harmony with itself, this is until the water becomes fast flowing. Now look at this fast flowing water as expressed emotions, in other words this fast flowing water now represents our emotions, the water becomes stirred up again. The fast flowing water once again represents a controlling ego, instead of flowing gently, it’s now chaotic within it’s flow. We are no different, we express ourselves in the same way as a stream of water does.

Fast flowing water = a controlling ego.

Motion of influence: This universe (reality) is all about motion as a creek bed is, its all about evolving cycles, this however doesn’t mean we need to create even more motion (chaos), actually we are capable of influencing these evolving cycles but we should never try influence these evolving cycles to the point of becoming motionless. This would be like fast flowing water within a creek, it’s forceful and full of motion and intentions. It’s like water representing a controlling ego forcing the rocks, another controlling ego, to do what it wants (desires) within a reality of motion. The creek bed, as our universe does, represents motion with its own natural flow, once a controlling ego forces it’s own motion onto other motions, all we will do is create even more chaos within this motion.

Harmonious motion = ego
Disharmonious motion = a controlling ego

All motion is representative of the ego, the flowing water if you like within the creek bed. This natural harmonious flow denotes ego but fast flowing represents a controlling ego. We naturally exist in a reality of ego which represents all motions, once this motion becomes an obstacle to others forms of motion, the water becomes churned creating chaos within  itself.  Yes, even creating chaos is natural because again chaos is representative of motion, do we however want to create more chaos or less?  More chaos is obviously going to lead to something different to lessening the chaos within our reality, this is due to the controlling ego being naturally destructive and disruptive to other forms of motion,  as the rock is to the natural flow of water  in a creek bed.

Lessening the motions: Thinking less means less motion but we should never force our minds to think any less than it is naturally supposed too, however, it’s not how much the mind thinks but how it thinks that creates more motion therefore more chaos. For example, emotions represents more motion and  a controlling ego, the more emotions we express, the more of the controlling the ego becomes. This is like the faster the water is flowing in the creek bed, the more forceful it is to other forms of motion, like a rock for instance, the rock creates more chaos within the water by trying to be motionless within  a natural flow of motion.

What I am saying here, don’t have intentions of becoming motionless within a reality of motion, all you will be doing is creating even more chaos, in other words avoid becoming a motionless rock within these realities of motion. Go with the natural flow without judging what is or isn’t worthy of expressing either it be of motion or motionless. Yes, by all means be expressive of your emotions, like the water is in a creek bed when it’s harmoniously flowing, but be harmonious within your emotions not forceful.

Harmonious emotions = ego
Disharmonious emotions = a controlling ego

All we need to do in a reality of motion is become more harmonious with this motion, we should never try to force this motion to become motionless. If the rock doesn’t want to move with gently flowing water, let it be, doing otherwise will only cause more chaos and do we truly need more of that?  Just go with the flow without judging what is and isn’t worthy of expressing, it’s as simple as that.

The Universes Reality, A River of Motion

Written by Mathew Naismith

Expressing humanism: I recently started up another blog titled, The Greek Crises, A New Revolution. Yes, it’s all about motion, a reaction that causes even more motion not less, this seems to be going against what spirituality is about,  a state of consciousness that is less about thought and more about existing with little motion. This new blog of mine is all about motion therefore  thought, it seems to have nothing to do with spirituality and more to do with humanism. Humanism relates to doctrines that emphasise a person's capacity for self-realization through reason thus rejecting spiritual and religious ideological views and beliefs.

In this new blog of mine, you could say I am being highly judgmental of other people, judgment is very humanistic, it also  has very little to do with spirituality. To be in judgment, one has to judge a worthy or an unworthy, a bad or good, negative of positive, to me this blog doesn’t express such traits. Yes, it is obvious that Greece is in trouble brought about by various circumstances, circumstances that shouldn’t have happened if the country was run a little more efficiently by certain people in power.  People in power need to have the love of the people, not the love of power and money  above and beyond the good of the people.

The universes reality; we presently exist in is all about motion, a motion brought about by cycles within the universe itself, for example,  the suns within each solar system are influenced by a cycle, these suns are all about motion not motionless like we experience through spirituality. This universe is all about motion that creates realities of motion, basically, by going along with motion, all you are doing is going with the flow of  influence from the universe itself, in other words, motion is a natural process of this universe we exist in. Spirituality is about the opposite, it’s about being aware of our motionless self as well, it’s like yin a yang, once these two come together, they start creating, our motion and motionless self is the same.

What happens when there is no balance between a married couple for example? You get conflicts, now what happens when there is perfect balance between couples? This is obvious. This doesn’t mean motionlessness or motion on it’s own creates an imbalance therefore conflict, it means when motion and motionless come together, there has to be balance between the two for their to be harmony. This takes both of them not to judge the other but be the observer of the other without judging an unworthy or worthy. When there is no balance, there is always a worthy and an unworthy but when there is balance, worthy or unworthy doesn’t play a part, it actually doesn’t exist due to this balance.

Finding true balance: Now man, as a whole, has fully taken on the influences of the universe, he has expressed motion to it’s fullest extent, the degradation of this planet, for example,  shows this quite plainly. Like the Sun, man too has a cycle, once this cycles runs it’s course, that will be the end of the cycle and man himself. Universes motions are all about cycles and so are we, however, like other universes that aren’t about cycles of motion, we too are not just about cycles of motion but motionlessness. As you could imagine, it is not easy bringing this balance between motion and motionless into a reality that is all about motion. Spiritual awareness however is all about bringing in this balance, it’s not an easy road to tread but well worth the effort when we do find this balance individually or collectively.

We shouldn’t judge motion as being unworthy or worthy to express as we shouldn’t  judge motionless worthy or unworthy to express, it is however totally spectacular when we  find true balance between motion and motionlessness individually within ourselves, this reality, as a whole, has yet to be created collectively like this. If an individual can find balance, why can’t the collective, it’s all consciousnesses no matter how you look at it?

The size of the consciousness means nothing, is the collective consciousness larger than the individual consciousness? Not when you see consciousness for what it is, it’s one consciousness not many consciousness’s making up an even bigger consciousness than consciousness itself. To find balance, man will have to start thinking differently like this, once this occurs, balance for the collective will become a realisation, not a fantasy.

Love-A Motionless Expression

Written by Mathew Naismith

Firstly, please don’t get motionless mixed up with emotionless, motionless is to do with no or little movement as emotionless has to do with no or little feelings. This post is about a motionless expression which automatically brings on the feeling of love within oneself. I should also point out, the following is only my perception on this, this has nothing to do with absolute truth.

The one thing about spiritual awareness that is quite noticeable to me, is that spiritual awareness naturally and automatically brings on the feeling of love and oneness, we could quite easily say love is brought about by the feeling of oneness, a togetherness of the whole self. This isn’t exactly true, what I feel brings on this feeling of love is ourselves expressing less motion, the more we become aware, the less we think and the more we feel.

Feelings are not about motion, we don’t have to express feelings to become aware of them, they have naturally always been there. The thinking process is different, as soon as we think, we have motion. If you look around you right now, how many things are created through motion that didn’t take any thought process at all? Everything around us has taken a thought process to create, this means everything around you is about motion, a conscious thought instead of a conscious feeling. Yes, feelings can be put into thought therefore motion but these feelings don’t have to be put into motion to exist, they have always existed, this of course means love, as opposed to lust and desire, have always existed.

We could say here that a rock didn’t take thought to exist but it did, it took motion to create rocks through the big bang, so what I am saying here is the big bang came from a thought process way beyond our human perceptions. Many people of course call this kind of consciousness God. To me, everything created takes some kind of conscious thought process to exist, it’s all about motion but what about motionless, how much do we know about this state of consciousness?

Some people actually say this motionless consciousness isn’t consciousness at all, it’s nothingness  because it has no motion. Just because this consciousness has no motion doesn’t mean it isn’t an expression of a consciousness. Like I said, to be aware of feelings you don’t have to express them through motion because they already exist, if feelings have always existed so has consciousness.

So how do we know feelings, therefore love, have always existed?

While becoming spiritually aware you can think less, this means you are less expressive of motion, however,  you actually begin to feel more while thinking less unless we put these feelings into motion, into action. To express any feelings is to create motion through the processes of thought, however, the less you express these feelings within motions, the more you understand how these feelings (love)  have always existed.  This doesn’t mean we shouldn’t express what we feel, it just means the less expressive you are, the more aware you become.

This brings us back to the observer, feelings are more to do with an observer than thought processes, once we start thinking as an observer, we loose our unbiased observations. We can still, as an unbiased observer, observe feelings put into motion but it’s advisable we don’t become too involved with these motions that are being expressed.  A good psychologist/ psychiatrist follow the same rules.

Now this isn’t easy for humans to do, this is because humans are conditioned to express motion, actually they know little about any other way to exist. You can now imagine a reality that is conditioned to do otherwise, a reality conditioned to be as expressive as little as possible, this doesn’t mean they don’t feel, actually feelings within a reality like this are more about love, this is due to being aware of existing without having to be as expressive of these feelings (love).

We might ask how could we have more feelings of love without expressing such feelings?

The less you express love through thought, therefore motion, the more love you feel, this is inline with becoming spiritually aware, don’t most of us feel more love while becoming aware while thinking less? This is due to motion denoting chaos, the more people who express motion, the more chaos you are obviously going to create, however, imagine everyone becoming less about motion and thought and more about motionless and feelings. Take the motion out of thought, what would we create?  You certainly wouldn’t create chaos and it’s this chaos that takes the love out of our lives.

You don’t have to be expressive of love to feel love, it is truly a natural occurrence without us trying to create this  love through motion.  Now the problem we cause ourselves through expressing love, is everyone has a different idea in how to express this love, a lot of love is expressed as lust and desire, this is wholly due to thinking processes.  No one person has the same thinking process, this is like no one has the same exact DNA, therefore we have various expressions of love within one reality. Basically what I am saying is it’s these various and numerous expressions that creates a chaotic reality but not all realities exist like this, realities conditioned to less motional expressions are less chaotic and more about a true sense of love.

I think it’s also important to be aware of the lust for love instead of the love of love, the lust for love is all about motional thought where’s the love of love is motionless thought, or should be, this again doesn’t mean we shouldn’t express our love as such. We will feel love and so will others around us without having to express love through motion, or as much motion. In my mind, more of us need to learn to become aware that you can’t create love, the true feelings of love are motionless therefore still, peaceful and  tranquil.
