You have people talk about the present, the now, nothing
else exists but the now, the future or the past just don’t exist therefore they
are an illusion.
This quote I feel refers to time being a precious gift but
also that when at the time we give away our time, that is in the present moment,
the now. One thing to consider here is if
there was only the present, would this be as precious as the present within time? The answer would have to be no because it’s
the past and future that give us precious moments, I couldn’t imagine life
without precious moments which means a life without a past and future.
